When you authorize DayOne-OneDay to access your Garmin data, we collect:

  • Health Metrics: Sleep data, Body Battery, Stress levels, and Resting Heart Rate.
  • Activity Data: Type of exercise, duration, intensity, and physiological load.

We only collect data that you explicitly consent to share via the Garmin OAuth authorization screen.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Power our proprietary AI algorithms to generate personalized daily training plans.
  • Adjust workout intensity based on your recovery and readiness scores.
  • Provide insights into your fitness progress.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal health data to third parties or advertisers.

3. Third-Party Integration

Your use of Garmin Connect is governed by Garmin's own Terms and Conditions. DayOne-OneDay is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by Garmin hardware.
